Hello! Since you have to find a balance in your pelvic floor.. We say that you have done a lot of regular keegels and developed better erection quality, and you keep going with the regular keegels until you are overboard and starting to get some negative aftermath. Then you start to do reverse keegels and this time you did too much regular keegels, will this eventually push you back to where you once started before you even did regular keegels? Will your erection quality be as it was in the beginning? And now you have to start doing regular keegels again until you find the correct balance where your erection quality is great without anything else negative? And here from now you have to do 50-50 reverse keegels and regular keegels to stay on the route with good erection quality and no other bad signs? Basically, will i lose my erection quality developed from keegels by doing too much reverse keegels?
Thank you!

I am about completely sure about this, what I can tell you is only my personal experience.
As started PE I did up to 500 Kegels a day, that gave me a rock hard erection most of the times, but also a hard flaccid or lets call it harder flaccid.
I then stopped kegeling without doing reverse kegels after 2 weeks everything was back to normal.
I then thought that my PC Muscle must be stronger then my BC so I only did reverse kegels from that time one like 20 a day.
And I am doing well , because I do many kegels while doing my routine, after every jelq that must be like 100 strong kegels and of course some unwanted one while edging....
You probably won't have a perfect balanced pelvic floor ever. But you also will not recognise a small imbalance. If you the same amount of regular kegels and reverse kegels you probably won't get a imbalanced PF just do that

Reverse kegels do not weaken the pelvic floor. That excersizes as well as deep squats for instance just allow your pelvic floor to relax, or stop being in spasm. This allows the pelvic floor to be strong and work correctly. The muscles need to avoid spasm. If your erections are good, and other PIs good just be sure to keep balanced by doing both.
