    Hi! I've been doing the regular stretching and jelqing (alongside with kegels) for almost 3 months as a beginner and would like to know should I increase the amoung of jelqs and minutes for the stretching or change the whole program? I've been doing 300 - 400 jelqs, if somebody could share his experience what amount of jelqs and how many days you guys do after completing the beginner's routine ?

    If you're gaining length and/or girth having completed the 90-day routine, just take a one or 2 week break, then start over again. You might want to throw in some Ulis, tunica tugs, LAS, fowfers as well to augment your exercises, but if you're gaining, then your routine is working for you. Keep it up! Just take a break, then start over.

    Tunica tug are very advanced, I recommend keeping them for the last resort, there are other intermediate to advanced exercises up the ladder to be tried before tunica tugs.
