I will start Pe again, I did it some years ago for some time and i have some questions
1-What lub can I use that it easy to remove with water?, I don’t want to feel my hands greasy
2- I read some horror stories about people who injured themselves, do jelqing and stretching cause this?
3-Stretching causes the fat pad to increase?. I read this somewhere. thanks!

1- water based lubes are easy to clean up, and can be refreshed by adding water.
2- injuries are very rare if you follow guidelines and Dont overdo things. Be safe
3- I am unaware of the fat pad increasing from stretches. Ben and Jerry's ice cream does.

where can I find the water based lub?. Should I started with the JP routine from this site?, how many months do you recommend me to follow it?

JP90 is a great beginner routine. Start slowly and increase the exercises over a couple of weeks until you build tolerance. KY jelly and numerous knock-off brands (cheaper) are examples of water-based lubes you can buy at most all pharmacies, walmart or target stores. Above all, PE SAFELY, and welcome back!

There is no reason to change routines after 90 days if you are growing with it. I always suggest doing the routine at 1/2 and slowly build to the full routine. It is an intense workout, but very effective.

How many seconds should each jelq last for maximum effectivity?. 65 per cent erection is it optimum for jelqing?
