    Hey guys, I've been sneaking around on this site for a while now and decided to make an account. Anyways, I've been on that 90 day routine with some slight modifications-

    Warm up my penis (approx 10 min)
    Stretching (forward, right, up, left, down)
    Helicopter shakes
    360 rotation stretched
    Jelqing
    Edging

    That's my problem. I've been on this routine for about a week and every time I'm edging, I end up ejaculating and it's really starting to frustrate me. Btw, I edge to porn, I can't get hard to nothing. I don't understand how you're supposed to get hard without any porn/pics, like am I supposed to stare at a wall or something and beat the meat?

    Anyways, so I'm edging for 8-10 min or so and accidentally end up ejaculating. I know that you shouldn't ejaculate at least 4 or so hours after PE, blood vessels constrict and thus it can cause shrinkage. That's why the edging part of my routine always causes me to start raging cause I pretty much wasted my time right?
    I do hop into a hot shower to reduce the effects of ejaculation and do some helicopter shakes to get some blood flow.

    So am I doing something wrong? How do I stop nutting everytime I edge? Thanks in advance ​

    And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

    Congrats on starting your PE journey with JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

    Edging is a good supplement to your PE routine, but watch your total workload, two to three nonconsecutive times a week is good, and watch your PIs.

    You can ejaculate at the end of your edging session, it will not harm your progress if you do.

    Edging teaches you to last longer and control your erections, over time you will be able to last longer than 8-10 minutes, as you get used to it, and for now, consider slowing down or stop stimulation when the PONR is close, then resume when the urge to ejaculate subsides.

    If you can't get an erection without porn, then I highly recommend that you quit watching it and rely on your imagination instead.

    Welcome Doodle weather, thanks for joining us. The first place to start is actually getting rid of porn. If you stop watching/using porn your mind will reboot and your imagination will be able to get your body aroused again. When that happens you can learn to control your ejaculatory response and effectively edge.

    Hmm, it doesn't really answer the question, it's also a pretty old article (comments dating 2009). It does emphasize on over masturbation so my question is: If I edge on Sunday's, Tuesday's and Thursday's and possibly end up ejaculating on all three days lol, will that be considered too much? Btw, I'm still growing, but I want to gain the most out of PE and prevent as much damage as I can.

    Actually, ejaculating 2-3 times per week is GOOD for your prostate. Don't stress, you'll get edging down once you give up PORN and retrain your brain to normal fantasy masturbation again, like when you were younger, before PORN.
