Thread: Girth problem

Hi, I've been jelqing for 2 months now, in my first month i saw an increase in my girth, going from 5.5 to 5.7 but now i just saw that I have lost some girth. I only 5.4 or 5.3? What could be the problem? I also started AP90 one week ago. My routine is 8 min warmup, few basic stretches, 10 Wet jelq, 10min V jelq and 5 min warm down with 2 day in, 1 day off. This is my 4th rest day bit still couldn't see any improvments in girth.

Sometimes, gains are temporary unless you 'cement' them with dedicated girth training (or length if that is the case). A whole number of other features can feed into measuring outcomes also; time of day, measuring on a rest day or after a PE session, general health, diet, exercise and even the weather!
Are you PIs positive? How is your EQ when you take measurements? Have you noticed either PIs or your EQ being not as good as when you got your 5.5 - 5.7? You sound like you are being sensible with a 2 on and 1 off routine. I think that if you have started the AP90, your psychological triggers for arousal are well and truly being reset. This takes time and can cause some drop off in libido and EQ while you adjust to a healthier, more natural way of becoming aroused in the future.
You seem to be doing all the right things. I would finish your three month routine, research more challenging but safe routines to continue your PE and be patient with the AP90. The guys on that program can offer great advice and hope for your future success.

It's not only about temporary gains, the problem is that my starting girth was 5.5 inches and now after 2 months is just 5.3, 5.4. Yes, I so a decrease in my eq. And my morning boner is rare. Thqanks for your answer Praetorian

There might I didn't mentioned about, 2 weeks ago I started swimming every day, in quite cold water, but I suppose that the cold water shrink is just temporarily

Yeah the cold water will just give a temporary reaction that returns when body temperature is normal and circulation returns from muscles back into the central core and organs.
I had a big drop of on my EQ when I gave up porn. I wasn't watching it every day but a couple of times a week was enough to give me problems when I wanted an erection without porn. A couple of months after stopping my EQ returned to normal. Best of luck27/07/13 - BPEL: 6.25" EG: 5.0"

Hi, yes I don't think swimming is bad for your size (at least I hope so, I was a competitive swimmer for several years
)
When you quit porn you are going to experiment periods of low libido which are often refered as flatlines, the duration of these periods is more or less long, it depends on the individuals and on the way you used porn.
If you were a heavy user for a long period it may take a while for your brain to recover (several months), but I truly believe it's worth it and you will see improvements troughout this journey (even though they are not linear). If you haven't you may want to take a look at Your Brain On Porn | Evolution has not prepared your brain for today's Internet porn, a lot of valuable information there.
So I guess your small loss of girth could be due to lower EQ which is a temporary consequence of you stopping porn. If I were you I'd stick to your routine and no-porn.

I'm back after few days of break, and after 2 days of light routine. It seems that my girth is back to normal 5.6-5.7, which is great. Now I just saw the really importance of rest days. Even tough I was going with 2 day on, 1 day off
