I'd just like to start off and say the explanation on this website is very confusing, but after watching the 1 demonstration video on the internet and reading all the different guides I think i've got it clear.
Currently the guides are saying a combination of each jeql you change directions, yet, apparently a jeql in V-jeql terms is 3 strokes. So it gets confusing, heres my interpretation of it.
V-Jeql, starting with your right hand and alternating hands each STROKE, first STROKE is straight and up, next STROKE is to the left and up, then next STROKE is to the right and up, this counts as 1 rep. Second rep is the same except straight, right and then left. Next is straight left and then right.
I'm thinking of putting a video up to make it more clear if i have time as there's currently only 1 slightly confusing vid up.
Having said all this, i've been doing 3 consecutive strokes straight, 3 strokes left, 3 strokes straight, and 3 strokes right, then back to 3 strokes straight. So i've been doing it incorrectly as far as stroke order goes, but i'm thinking this wouldn't of made much of a difference. What do you guys think?
Also, i'm not squeezing or pulling close to as hard as the guy on the demonstration video, because i feel like i'd injure myself, but my errection % is a lot higher as i'm aiming for girth.
The videos i'm referring to

As long as you are moving blood up the shaft and to the glans, you are doing it correctly.
The order of the strokes is not crucial, if it confuses you, just do them in the three directions you described.A real man never hurts a woman. Stroke order doesn't really matter. When I was doing v-jelqs I'd do them 1 straight, 1 right, 1 left, 1 straight, 1 left, 1 right since that let me better keep track of how many. But as far as what it does to your penis there's pretty much no measurable difference if any, and I'd be hard pressed to figure out what the difference would be!

The instructions throughout the site differ a little bit.
From the main exercises list;
Step-by-Step Instructions for the Jelqing Exercise the V-Jelq:
- Use the
OK-grip(this should actually be the V grip), and pull straight up on your penis. - Hold the jelq at the glans for one to two seconds, release just before you start the next jelqing move with your other hand.
- The next jelq, jelq straight up and to the left.
- The third jelq, jelq straight up and to the right.
- All three of these jelqs equals one rep.
- Continue jelqing for up to 30 reps.
How to V-jelq (Illustrations)
My understanding was all three directions equal one rep. Up, up-left, and up-right. And regardless of direction, switch hands to even out the effect, and keep the fingers from getting fatigued.
So your right hand may do the up-left, and vice versa. Doing it the way OnMyWayThere suggests should compensate, and even out the left-right difference (keep them on the same side).
