  • How long should i wait until i start JP-90?

    I was thinking about starting next week, but im not sure.

    I feel like my penis just keeps getting smaller, and smaller everyday.

    long story short. I bruised my penis back in january. so i had to take a break from eveything.

    (watching porn, masturbating, avoiding erections)

    Usually my penis was consitently BPEL:5.75/EG:4.5

    but after about a month in a half, of trying to recover my penis and i abstained from everything. When i came back, and experimented with my erection. It was the strongest/hardest erection i ever had.

    My penis reached BPEL:6.2/EG:5.1-5.2 for the first 2 days. ( i was happy b/c i finally felt i had a normal penis)

    I was too excited and ended up going back to my old ways for a few weeks. I stopped sunday. Ive been trying to measure this whole week and my girth is either barely 4 or 4.5. (it's killing me, and depressing the hell out of me)

    I want to try JP90 next week, but im not sure if i should just yet. Does my mind/penis need another month break for it to get back to 6.2/5.2? and then start JP-90 to condition my penis for stronger erections, and make some small gains. BPEL/EG:6.4/5.4

    I just dont get how my girth was very close to 5.2 and now it's either barely touching four or 4.5.

    I need advice and support from my PE brothers. Im going through it right now. I cant stop thinking about it, i dont know what to do. I just want my 5.2 back and make some gains.

    I would start with the JP90 now. The problem you are experiencing is poor EQ due to porn. Stay away from the porn! PE is great for overall penile health and will help improve EQ.

      It sounds like you are saying you went back to masturbating excessively to porn. If so then stop those behaviors again, and feel free to start the JP90. Your EQ should rebound fairly quickly. Good luck

        Start JP90, work up to the full routine over a few weeks time, according to your PIs.

        Quit watching porn, it is the cause of your EQ problems.

          thanks you guys, definitely very helpful, i appreciate it. I'll definitely will be leaving the porn alone. Especially since it affects my erection quality so much, and i need the best possible erection quality to achieve maximum length/girth. I dont want to live like that no more, its going to be hard but it needs to be done.

          also if any of you can help with this, ill highly appreciate it. JP90 related.

          im not sure if im understanding those instructions correctly. if anybody can explain "Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches." in a simpler, direct, descriptive way. I'll highly appreciate it. it will help me do these exercises correctly.

            I'm sorry, I don't understand this. Are you saying you have a 1" fluctuation in erect girth? This seems very strange to me. I have a maybe 3/4" difference from flaccid to erect girth, and I'm a definite grower. And a fluctuation of maybe 1/8" in eg. max. Are there other guys out there that have this large fluctuation of girth?

            As far as starting JP90 I say go for it. Just take it slow and ease yourself into the routine. Take the full 90 days to build up to the full routine. I know JP90 gave me great erections if nothing else.

              Yep, just like if your body is the clock and your penis is the hour hand. Simply make a rotation around while holding the stretch 10 full circles to the left and 10 to the right.

                Yep, just like if your body is the clock and your penis is the hour hand. Simply make a rotation around while holding the stretch 10 full circles to the left and 10 to the right.

                  No those are directional stretches, not circle stretching.

                  clockwise meaning towards the left?

                  counter clockwise meaning towards the right?

                  When we say clockwise or counter clockwise you need to think of it as looking at the hands of clock. Clockwise is rotating in a circle in the direction the hand on a clock normally moves. counter clockwise is rotating in the opposite direction that the hands of a clock move. To do circle stretches grasp your penis and stretch it straight up towards your belly button. Now slowly stretch your penis in a circle, keeping it close to your body, like it is a hand of a clock going around. Do ten full circles then rotate in the opposite direction ten times(counter clockwise).

                  The best advice is to follow the JP90 routine as described here JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine.

                    I can confirm the extreme deviation from EG to FG. My MEG is 6.25 my FMEG is normally 2. I wish I could find more. I am a grower extreme or a turtle master. What ever term you choose to apply.

                      Yes I get that there is large difference from flaccid to erect girth. What I don't get is OP said he gained .6-.7 in erect girth. Then Lost 1.25 in erect girth.

                        im not sure if this has anything to do with it, but im thinking about it.

                        Since i was about 14/15 back in 2007 or 2008. I masturbated everyday to porn. I had begun to think it was normal behavior, as it became normal behavior to me. It was a daily routine for me, just like brushing my teeth. I always did it, sometimes i didnt even feel like it, and i still did it. Only now im looking back and seeing it was not normal to do that.

                        Only January of this year was when i was able to take my longest break which was a month and a half i believe, since 2007/2008 when i started. I might of went a couple of days sometimes or a week b/c i'd be tired from work or something let's say 2013. But still that's what i did. I definitely over did it. for a very long time.

                        Even when i went back to it, to test my penis, these past weeks. I over did it, maybe twice a day everyday. I couldn't control myself.

                        This is what's happening to me now. I've always been self-conscious about my size. Now that im getting older and life is passing me by. I realize that i need to grow up. It's time to grow up, my time is up, I need to kill those behaviors. I can't live like that no more. Masturbating everyday, looking at porn. I can't do that no more. It affects me, it's not good for me. Im beginning to understand "too much of anything is not good for you" I'm an addict for that particular thing. So noticing that, it has caused me to be more self-conscious about my size.

                        When i went that month in a half avoiding porn, avoiding erections, masturbation, ejaculation. When i finally got the courage to let my self get an erection with my thoughts. I had one of the strongest erections i could remember. I liked that, it made me feel good about myself. Im measuring Bone-Pressed and i'm reaching over 6, which i never reached on the ruler. The most i ever reached was 5.75. It was the first time i saw myself be at 6.25 inches on the ruler. Im looking in the mirror and it looks bigger, it looks thicker, it feel thicker, it feels heavier, it feels harder, it feels better. I use my measuring tape around my thickest part and im a little over 5 inches, it got me so excited to reach there and feel what im feeling, that im measuring again in disbelief and this time im very close to 5.2. Im researching girth sizes on google and what women are saying and they want 5-5.5 in girth and i fall in between that, i have that.

                        Im walking out of my house without a care in the world because I reached 6.2/5.2. Im walking the sun is shining bright as ever, i missed my bus. But i dont give a fuck, because i "feel" i have a nice dick. A dick that i like, a dick that women will like, and if they dont i dont give a fuck b/c i know i'm good. I dont know how to describe it, but i felt better about myself, about life. Something i dont experience very often and my mind is telling me, this is how life is suppose to be and is suppose to feel.

                        So i'm thinking to myself, if i reached this 6.2/5.1-5.2 with no work, Imagine what i can do with something like JP90. Im getting ahead of myself, but im looking forward to reaching close to bpel/eg:6.5/5.5, and if i can do that, i can do anything, and be the best me, live a better life.

                        so for some reason, maybe to assure that there is no pain when i masturbate due to me bruising my penis internally earlier this year. I go back to it, just to try it. Im not going to lie lol, man that nut felt so good lmao. But i went back to where i was, i couldn't get enough of it, i wanted to watch every porn i can think of, there's so much and i want to get to it all. Next thing you know its 2 weeks later and im back to the old me.

                        My erection wasn't as strong, Im not even touching 6 anymore, and my girth is trash, im hardly touching 4.5. I have to do alot to get it there, alot of porn and touching other wise my erection goes away. Im getting worried about my size again. Life is not feeling like that sunny bright day, Im just trying to get through it. This when i realize, fuck this porn shit, fuck this masturbation thing. Its not for me no more. I've been there and done that, I had my time, now its time to move on.

                        The only thing that's keeping me going is me researching and trying to understand this JP90 thing so i can do it right and get the results i need. Instead of porn/masturbating. Im doing pushups, trying to work out and eat better.

                        I just want to get back to that 6.2/5.2, if i did it once, maybe i can do it again, maybe that can really be me, maybe JP90 will help me to get to 6.4/5.4.

                        sorry if tl:dr, i was just trying to get it off and give you some insight on what's going on, and maybe why im fluctuating so much.

                            While I agree porn will mess with your psyche, masturbation shouldn't hurt anything. Remember how too much of anything can bring negative effects so can to little of things we need. Like ejaculation for example. Its great that you went 1.5 months without porn, but no ejaculation isn't necessarily good. I would still masturbate and ejaculate at least a couple times a week. (without porn that is) Studies have shown that men that ejaculate regularly greatly reduce their risk of prostate cancer later in life.

                            It sounds to me like you are developing a great attitude about yourself, and your size. One of the hardest things to overcome is our perception of ourselves and penis size in particular. When you let go of those negative thoughts and begin to accept and love yourself for what you are, you are setting yourself up for success. A positive attitude and mindset will not only help create a positive life, but I believe it also plays a big part in how successful your experience with PE will be. If you don't believe it is working or doubt that you will ever gain you probably won't. If you feel that you WANT to grow, but don't NEED to grow, and believe that you WILL grow, your chance of success will be much greater. The mind is a powerful thing, and can make all the difference.

                            Keep up the positive attitude and follow the routine as described. Remember to start slow, and gradually work yourself up to the full routine within the allotted 90 days. Watch your PI's and don't be afraid to rest. If you keep a positive attitude, stay away from porn, and stay steady and consistent with the routine, I can pretty much guarantee you will be having consistent, hard erections in no time. You might even gain some size to boot. Good luck. Believe in yourself and believe in the program and you will be successful.
