I see in some programs:
"do X reps of jelqs"
for example, "do 100 reps of regular jelqs"

How do I count 1 rep?

when my right hand went from the bottom of my dick to the top is 1, or when my right hand went and also my left?

When your right and left hand have gone from bottom to top is one rep.
