Hi
I just finished my very first workout, and i encountered a difficulty maintaining the erection.
any tips on doing this?
Another thing: how many rest days do i need for kegels? Can i do them every day all day or is it pointless?

Are you jelqing while erect? You are supposed to be flaccid.

Following the kegel routine incorporated into the routine is good, along with some reverse kegels for balance. If done separately, 25 each, three days a week is plenty so you don't overtrain the PC muscle.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Keep your erection between 50-80 % erect.
I mean when I was doing manual routine and had the same problem I just masturbated until I was in that range or fully erect and then waited for it to get to needed erection range.Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"
