    Hi

    I just finished my very first workout, and i encountered a difficulty maintaining the erection.
    any tips on doing this?

    Another thing: how many rest days do i need for kegels? Can i do them every day all day or is it pointless?

    Are you jelqing while erect? You are supposed to be flaccid.

    It's a common difficulty to maintain the desired erection level at first. For some good tips, have a look here;
    Helpful Jelqing Information

    Following the kegel routine incorporated into the routine is good, along with some reverse kegels for balance. If done separately, 25 each, three days a week is plenty so you don't overtrain the PC muscle.

    Keep your erection between 50-80 % erect.

    I mean when I was doing manual routine and had the same problem I just masturbated until I was in that range or fully erect and then waited for it to get to needed erection range.
