Noob Question Pumps

Many many years ago (like 19) when I first used a pump, it didn't take long before the pumped up size became my regular non pumped up size. I was pleased when the results were permanent.

Is that going to happen again quickly or was that just because I was brand new? I've pumped here and there over the years. Recently I've been liking what my penis looks (length and girth) like in the air pump I bought about a 5 weeks ago maybe. Is that a length and girth I can count on to happen soon?

There is no telling. You may get quick gains at first, especially if your EQ has gone down over the years.

Try it for 3 or 4 months and tell us what happens. Combine it with a manual stretching routine.
