Doing the JP90 I get sooo unmotivated to continue every day by how many reps are required, its not that it's that hard or long (no pun intended) of work, its that im constantly reminding myself how much I have to do by keeping this count in my head.
what I am planning on trying is to set a timer for my jelqs, so I can kinda just do them while zoning out. This wont ruin my form or length of jelq at all as I do them perfectly like a robot now.
for a starting example, warm up and stretch, then do 5 minutes jelqing, 3 minutes V jelqing, and repeat both again, "cool down", Will increase this as my gains and PI stop showing improvement. timer can be paused if I need to do any kinda relubing or waiting for an erection to die down.
I know its not exact as counting but I don't think it will be that much of a difference it accuracy. I just cant zone out and keep track of my count at the same time, its either be content and lose my count or keep it and be horribly bored.
Any comments on doing them based on a length of time vs number of reps?

I did the same thing very early on and I think it works about the same.

I at least count on minutes, and those full mins that I'm not able to mantain the desired erection level or surpass it, I add them to the minute counter.
It's incredible how painful...
