Thread: EQ loss, lazy penis.

Hello! I have doing my JP90 routine as usual and have had positive PI's for a while now. But in the beginning of my second month my EQ is not as good as it could be, and i have more trouble staying hard and to get as hard as i should while having sex. I haven't changed anything up with the routine, and i pretty recently had like 5-7 days off. Though i have gained a little bit of girth during this period. My dick is more lazy. What does this EQ loss possibly indicate?

I have backed off, but it doesn't seem like that is the problem. I think i read about a theory that less EQ could indicate on something positive aswell? Don't remember what i read.

Are you doing kegels? Reverse kegels? How many? Do you edge?

You might be stretching more than is good for your EQ. Jelqs would likely help you get your EQ back. If I overstretch I have the negative PI of loss of EQ.

I agree, you may want to back off on the stretching some and focus more on jelqing. I think you need to work on the smooth muscle more to catch up to the tunica growth. Include kegels in your routine to strengthen the pelvic floor. What have you been doing for a routine?

I agree. My first 3 weeks I stretched for like 15 mins and did not have great PI's. Now I only stretch for 5 mins max and kegel. My penis has never felt better

Maybe overstretching could actually be the problem as you say! I will try reduce stretching drastically.
This is one of my latest PE session, a picture of how it usually looks like:
Warm UP - Hot Cloth - 10min
Stretching 50x4 (20x4 keegels)
Stretching Circles x30
Jelqing 75reps
V-Jelq 70reps
Warm Down - Hot Cloth - 6-8min
Reverse keegels 80x

Add reverse kegels after your routine, and do only one set of stretches. 25-30 seconds is enough, and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

There is rk in the routine and 50% would not cause a eq issue normally assuming they are similar duration to the kegels.
