I do stretches, jelqing, kegels and workout on my legs but I was wondering are there any other ways to improve? I wanted to know what vitamins, food or supplements are good for or increases blood count or blood flow to the penis.

Just eat healthy, and exercise, healthy body, healthy mind and healthy penis.
