No, you do not need to take supplements nor buy anything to PE and gain.
Just read the information on here, and ask any questions you have.
Gains come with consistent exercising, if you are patient and pay attention to safety instructions.

It would be better to take a 24 hours rest between consecutive workouts.
Consistency is important, and so is convenience, if you stress yourself too much about every detail you will likely give up soon; allow yourself some flexibility.A real man never hurts a woman. Supplements will always be a matter of debate just about anywhere you go. As far as a need to have no you do not. Can they help? I believe and have noticed for me that they do. But I am also taking them in conjunction with a whole body workout and PE.
