Hé guys,
I'm new here and maybe you can help me out. I started PE'ing in late 2014 and my gains till now aren't that impressive. First i began with a Androp* device but that began to hurt so i purchased a phallosan. Because i had 2,5 months in with stretching with the AP i began stretching with Phallosan in yellow (medium stretch capacity). After a month i could comfortably stretch within the red capacity (about 4Kg pressure).
All my gains were allready achieved after my use of AP but because of the painfull procedure i began using Phallosan instead. Then my gains stopped. I bought a Bathmate to maybe awake the regenerating power of the micro-tears within my penis. But still nothing.
Now i stopped using the AP and Phallosan because it's getting warmer and people can see the device when i'm wearing a t-shirt.
Now i started the JP's 90 routine and using the Bathmate right after the last exercise. After the 20 minute bathmate routine i do my warming down and even close the procedure with rapping my D* in gause.
What are you're thoughts about this? Small change of success? My LOT is 6:00 so my gains are slow.
I have patience enough but i would like to kick it into an higher gear.
Another note: I'm quite slim because i train alot so the Phallosan strap on it's thightest is comfortable for me. I can't maximise this any further. Also i'm using vitamin pills as JP's requested with his 90 day routine. Further on my penis health is great and very resilient. Maybe that's why i'm progressing slowly.
Gains in 5 months: 0,5 inch
Is my current routine bound to work? Would like to hear from you guys!

Unfortunately nothing is bound to work. It could lead to gains , give it a couple of months. Ease into your stretch , and slowly work your way up in terms of duration (30 secs holds, 1 mn). If it doesn't work there are still plenty of things to look into, tunica stretches are one of them.

Thanks for your reply Popol. I will give it several more months. Maybe with warm wearther it's easier to gain because of the constant warmth. Still i find it strange that i can't feel alot of stretch with my phallosan. Even if i'm in the red. And with my AndroPenis stretcher i feel it stretch right away....

You're welcome. You can gain from manual work only, so the JP90 is definitely worth a shot. Take your time and focus on sensations when you stretch and jelq, don't just rush from start to finish.

hey how much did you gain when using andropenis? i have been using it for only 11 days so far and gained 0.2", i went from 11.5cm to 12cm.
when did it start hurting for you?
did you do the adaption period correctly?
which method did you use special or standard?

Thanks Popol. I will be looking into it. From here on out it's important for me to figure out if stretching works in a positive way with my manual exercises and bathmate. This because i don't want to overstress my penis when it should have been resting. But maybe when i stretch a little it will heal more stretched.

Yes, first on i felt nothing.... and slowly on the pressure was building up while stretching
which method did you use special or standard?
StandardSpecial seems harmfull :P
Also how long did you wear the device for everyday?
As long as i could. Taking the damn thing off and putting it on again took about 2 hours in total on a whole day.
Between 8-11 hours.
I went from a 15,8 to a 17 in these dedicated months. This means i had to alter my social and professional life to it.

Hello Dutchson, and welcome. Are you getting any rest days in your routine? Remember the healing and growing take place during rest time. I think there is merit to healing in an extended state, but if you are over training the gains won't come. Just something I saw in your post. Good luck, and be safe.

Thanks for the advice. This is the part where i'm, focusing on right now.
When i read this somewhere else on the forum i stopped using PF.
Now i'm only doing the JP90 routine with my bathmate every other day.
So one day training, a day off, one day training, one off....
This is just a test period to see if this is giving me gains or not.
I started to do something i should have done a long time ago.
Kegels -> everytime i remember/think off them.
According to the LOT the higher your LOT is the easier the gains come.
This sounds very logical to me because when i stretched a whole day,
i began to feel a pressure sensation between my balls and scrotum.
The place where when you push your dick starts to rise a little.
When doing kegels i feel the same. So i think this is the key to success.
Alot of rest and alot more kegels. Even in rest periods.
Because of the stretching and supplying new healthy blood to your penis.
