sup guys, I've been PEing for about 2 months and I've made some gains.. I realized that more than 100 strokes overtrains my unit, can this be possible? I can't follow JP Routine strokes cuz it is too intense for me.. how?
last week i've done 120 strokes and on following days my EQ has decreased, i had to stop for 1 week.. my magic number is 75 strokes, i got some nice EQ with it, should I stay with this reps for how long? It seems that i cant increase the strokes.
ps. my english probably sucks

Don't miss this thread!!!
Congrats on starting your PE journey with JP90 and on your gains!
Everyone is different, consider the routine as a guideline, not a hard and fast rule, you are doing well following your PIs and understanding your limits. As long as you are getting positive PIs and the gains are coming, you do not need to change anything, keep doing what you are doing.
And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

You are supposed to work up to the full routine over the course of the 90 days. Your not supposed to jump into the full routine immediately. In time you will eventually condition yourself enough to do more.

Welcome supenlargers!
No worries, your English is just fine.
The JP90 is categorized as an "intense beginners routine", so it may very well be that the reps are too high for some. Go with what gives you the best result.
Smart move listening to your PI's, and taking a break. That's exactly the way to do it.
The "less is more" approach works well for many, especially in the beginning. No need to do more than what's effective.
Of course, if you have any questions, or don't understand something, the great members here are always happy to help. Don't hesitate to jump right in and get involved. Feel free to ask here, start a thread, or start a log in our Progress Forum.
Best of luck to you. Stay safe, and patient.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Welcome aboard!
You are doing things perfectly, finding the balance between a good workout and positive PIs will put you in the growth zone. Maintain this level for a while until you feel that you can increase it. Gradually work your way up, your PIs will tell you where you need to be.
Good luck and always PE safely. To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Welcome Supenlargers, and thanks for joining us. 75 being your sweet spot is great. The fact that it provides gains, like better EQ is even better. Way to go on listening to your PIs, that is key. If you want to try increasing go slowly try 5 extra a week, but dont be afraid to stop and stick with what is working. This PE is best accomplished with patience. Congratulations on your gains.
ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!
