I've only started with PE on friday, i've done just one session on friday of JP90 (i warmed up correctly and down properly, but messed up the v jelqs completely with bad form which may be related) and rested yesterday (due to not being in the house nearly all day long).
I noticed that yesterday i woke up with a 50% erection, same as today when normally i wake up with a 100% erection and I'm not sure if this means i should rest some more or do the routine today.

Take some rest, and follow a lighter routine next time you PE. Use a lighter grip, less reps, and a lower erection level.

Could be how you eat that day, how much sleep you get or even stress levels.
Take 40 mg of zinc (anything over 40 is bad for you they say), some magnesium and omega 3 before bed. If you dont get outside in the sun much id advise some D3. Vitamin D isnt even a vitamin, its considered a "steroid hormone" lmao. APPARENTLY, real sunlight is way better than the supplement, im no scientist, just regurgitating facts i read. ALSO, exposing genitals to sunlight produces 200% more testosterone than normal skin.
I guess i better say why this is important haha. Night and morning wood is testosterone dependent!
