erection quality is the main PI I was thinking if you can't get a full erection besides over training would it be because your penis tissue is getting bigger and it's not use to holding a lot of blood

Just from personal experience! I just had another growth spurt and noticing that my EQ is not as consistent as it was past 3 months. Nothing really changed in my routine or any of my other habits except my penis in the past 2 weeks has grown. This happened to me around December had a similar instance where my penis grew for the first time and I noticed EQ wasn't as consistent and once I stabilized the gains my EQ got consistent again. So in my experience the growth period and EQ seem to have relationship.
Good problem to have imo!Started Sept 2014: BPEL 7.25...EG 5.30
Current: BPEL 8.65...BPFSL 9.25...MEG 5.75...BEG 5.9
Goal: BPEL 9.0....EG 6.0

Same here, I had a bout of bad EQ right before every measurable EL gain.

Sometimes what we think is a bad PI is not. When training with intensity you will sometimes have lower EQ.
There is a fine line between enough and to much.
All this happy horse shit about a little drop in EQ meaning over training is a bit miss guided.
If you take a day off and your EQ returns to normal your good. If it's in the toilet after 2 or 3 days off your pushing to hard.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

A larger penis will require a greater amount of blood to fill it, and the supporting structures need to be up to the task of being able to supply and maintain that blood flow.

And what did you do when you had bad EQ? Did you lower the intensity or volume of your training? Or did you take some time off? Or did you continue to do everything as before?
And actually, how should one recognize if a bad EQ is because of growth happening or because of overtraining?

I just kept going, and basically waited for the EQ to come back, but then again I'm after length only and I only stretch. In my case it wouldn't really have made sense to stop or lower the intensity, would probably have been counterproductive even (regarding gains).

My thought has always been a...
Are gains permanent?
