Thread: Focus on GIRTH gains
- 04-13-2015 #11
Why do you still want to do squeezes now?
It is an advanced exercise, not for beginners, focus on conditioning your penis now, and target girth later.
Don't rush it up, and take advantage of every step along the way, make each exercise count, each phase count. Slow and steady wins the race.
As a beginner, focus on moderate erection level jelqing and pay close attention to your PIs, try to stay in the positive PIs zone, it is the growth zone.A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

1) If you do squeezes alone, for 3-6 months, 3-5 times a week...it is likely you will see some gains but it all depends on what type of grower you are and how many squeezes you are actually doing each session. It would be better to start with jelqing.
2) I would say the CTC-Company DP-4000 because it is a "set it and forget it" type of pump. It is a digital pump that is programmable for a specific workout. You can set the total duration of time, you can set the pressure level, you can program multiple sets of different pressure levels and different time durations, etc. It also continually draws in new blood which will work in your benefit to keep the penis freshly oxygenated and help discourage edema/fluid build up.
I would jelq and pump if I were you.

Sorry, that's my bad. I should have been a little more clear on that. I don't mean to suggest going straight to squeezes. Realistically if I could talk you into JP90 I would. It is an excellent way to condition your penis and you could very well gain well with that routine. With that being said, If I were to only exercise for 1/2 hour or so in bed, I would do stretches, dry jelqs and squeezes. However it would be imperative to start slowly and lightly for at least the first 2-3 months to condition yourself. JP90 I think is by far a better way to go, however I believe that a stretch, dry jelq, and squeeze routine could be done if your smart about it and take it slow. Watch your PI's and keep in mind that less is often more when it comes to PE.
