Thread: Restarting jp90,Any inputs?

Im on day 62 going 2 days on 1 off, but no fucking gains. So im going to restart Going 5on 2off and see if i start getting some. If still no length gains Atleast! After 90 days, Im going to increase the stretches. Has anyone been in my shoes before?

I can't speak from experience but if your 'resetting' then I would not PE for at least a week or 2 to properly reset.
plus ive been reading on the forums that guys have their best gains after some time off.
I'm also about to begin wrapping my penis in a stretched state (all day stretcher) after a workout, I've heard a lot of success in this and it might be something to look into for yourselfLast edited by x30xtreme; 04-13-2015 at 03:23 AM.

62 days is a very short period in the timeline of PE, be patient. How are your PIs? Let your PIs be your guide, if they are positive then make some small changes. Sometimes a little change is enough to get things kick started. You can try 5 on 2 off, increase the number of reps or hold the stretch a little longer. If you do make a change only try one of these at a time, don't over do it. It's too early to get frustrated, it takes time. PE is a long term commitment that requires patience and dedication, the gains will come but don't expect miracles.
