Thread: Jelqing with one hand?
- 04-14-2015 #1
Ok so I recently broke my right hand after an engine fell on it. It hurts really bad and I have a cast on it. Due to this I haven't continued my PE routine in 2 weeks. Its putting me down because I cant workout either. So I was thinking can I jelq with just my left hand? Will it be ok? Same results?

Due to large turkey neck, I always jelq with one hand. It is effective, but probably a bit less effective than two handed jelqing because some of the blood will leak out while repositioning the hand.

While not optimum it is better to one hand jelq than not to jelq at all. Then when the cast comes off you will still be conditioned for continuing on.

I've been doing everything with my right hand, since 1972. Don't sweat the small stuff.

I broke my left wrist mid-Feb (damn ice storm), had surgery & a steel plate & pins, so I can relate. I had to take a full 3 weeks completely off, but did some stretches and one-handed jelqs the last 2 weeks. Only wear a lite removable cast as needed now for support, but going most of the day without it. So I'm getting back on my regular routine finally, and it feels so good, but you have to rebuild your strength in that injured arm slowly as it tends to tire easily. Your hand will likely take a bit longer than my wrist, so be patient and don't over do your exercises. One good thing I discovered is my PE routine and in particular, jelqs seem to be helping me regain my strength faster than the physical therapy I was doing. Hope your recovery progresses well. You can do LAS & bed fowfer stretches easily to keep some exercise going during rehab, hands-free!

I actually thought, it was even more effective to use one hand as a "cockring", not moving at all and to jeql with the other one completely. If I use both hands, one after the other I always feel how the blood flushes out a little

I started jelqing with just one hand last month so I could use the other hand to prevent turkey neck buildup, and still had steady gains for that month, so yeah, go for it!

i do wonder this because i have a fat pad and because i push the fat pad down to jelq from the base. i am starting to use two hands because it may help a lot.
I wear a cock ring or girth...
