    So i recently had to go to a conference for 5 days, where, because of privacy issues, i could do very little pe (maybe 10 minutes of stretching a day at most). Is this likely to impact my gains?

    10 minutes of stretching a day is more than enough. Try to add some jelqing as well, not necessarily at the same time, splitting your routine can work well too.

    On my on days (i do 5 on 2 off) i hang about an hour total per day (in several sets, of course).

    If your hanging then I doubt 10mins of manual stretching will compare but it will help your ligs from healing stronger so when you go back to hanging you dont jump in weight to fast. How is the 5 on 2 off working for you? I hang 2hrs a day 7 days a week. Idk if I should throw a rest day in there cuz Bib never took days off.

    Thismoment, I guess when i say 5 on 2 off, that's technically incorrect. On my off days, I'll usually do just one 15 or 20 minute set to keep the ligs from healing stronger, like you said. So, i guess my off days are actually more like light days. But, it seems to be going well. How is hanging every day working for you? I take light days since a lot of people recommend it, but really don't notice any positive pis from it. Have you had any issues stemming from hanging daily?

    Hard work never failed anybody! Lol always try to stay dedicated and discipline when it comes to the cock excersise. Will in inhibit results? Well it takes paitence but not really. But the more you stay at a SAFE work rate,The better your off. Try to find a little time in your Days schedule to atleast JELG OP And you shouldnt have a problem

    Nope havent had any problems yet. My gains have definitely started to slow down but Im still happy ive already made really good gains. It will probably take me till the end of the year to reach 7.5 and im sure hanging will get me there.

    Thismoment, i actually just saw you started pe around the same time i did, and you already gained an inch in bpel! Was that all from hanging? What sort of weights/ routine do you use?
