    Hello! I have been doing PEGym now for 73 days. I have been doing v-jelqs / jelqs and stretches. I don't know if my measruements have been accurate, i think if my measurements are correct that i have grow 0.32 inches in both length and girth. I talked with my girlfriend and the only thing she has noticed since we started to fuck with each other (3-4months back) she has only noticed that my cock feels thicker / wider inside her and that it feels a bit bigger in her hand and when sucking, nothing visual. But not ANYTHING lengthwise. And she is doing keegels, so maybe it's just because of her doing keegels and not that my actual dick is growing that she can feel this, and also her pussy is getting used to my size. I have tryed to be consistent with my latest measurments, but i can never find out how much i preassure against my pubic bone or where i put the ruler, so i do 3 different measurements to compare. If she starts to feel something lengthwise that should be a good indicator that my dick has grown. Also i'm starting to get afraid of that my dick is shrinking? Could i start an only lengthwise routine to see if i can really increase in length to the point i know for sure that my length is growing? I don't know how to tackle this problem, would like to need opinions and thoughts about this. And maybe even if it seems like, all this is just fake? You don't have to talk me into it's fake or not. Just about the other things.

    Congrats on your gains!

    0.32 inches is a big gain, especially given that you have not been PE'ing for a long time, 73 days is a very short term in the PE world, and yet you made gains. Keep up the good work and you will make more gains in the future, if you are patient, persistent and consistent.

    Your lady noticed your increased girth, and so did your ruler, how then it is fake when you made gains?

    Be patient, you can't an inch in 3 months, it takes years to make gains.

    Why not finish the beginners workout which takes 90 days and is meant to condition and not for gains ( although some do) and then we''ll see what to do next.

    You are making gains, congrats. As long as you continue to make gains with your current routine, don't change it. You can increase the reps and intensity slowly over time, but let your PIs be your guide. Save the advanced routines for when you hit a plateau.

    Thank you for som replies. One thing i would like to now still. If my base on the shaft for sure is growing, does it mean that the rest of the shaft also is growing? I do regular jelqs as i said, from the bottom to the top. I only measure base, but i think it are kinda logical that the rest of the shaft ia obviously growing aswell i guess? But maybe not at the same tempo.
