    Hey all, I'm halfway through the JP90 routine and ive been reading how jelqing most commonly results in girth gains and that length gains are harder with a bigger girth. I'm pretty happy with my girth and have even noticed gains already but mainly want to work on length. I was thinking about doing more stretches instead of V-jelqs. Would this be recommended and are there any other tips you guys can offer me?

    Also, does edging for gains give length or girth? i would seem girth is more likely since edging is similar to jelqing. Thanks.

    Hey, yu should be patient and stick to hte JP 90 routine. Once you are through that you can choose an advanced routine in order to target BPEL. BUT the jelqs do also with length growth. It is always to be seen as a whole package. The JP 90 combines stretching and jelqing for a purpose. The techniques support eaqch other mutually.

    Like dude said, JP90 is to condition your penis to grow. Do your stretches, do your jelqs. Try doing jelqs at a lower erection level (I do around 30-45%) if you gain girth easily from them. Without jelqing your stretching routine isn't going to give you much and you won't be conditioned enough to move up. Welcome and goodluck
