Hello,
I've recently started pe'ing. I have taken jp 90's and altered it a bit for my liking
I have been doing this routine for a month now, and I have yet to see any gains.
My pi's have basically been the same. I had rock hard erections before pe and this hadnt changed. I rarely get morning wood and still the same with pe as well.
My routine is as follows
2 days on 1 off
15-20 minutes warm cloth warmup
Basic stretches in all directions 35 sec hold each
20 sec helicopter shakes
10 rotational stretches
Basically the same as jp90's stretches
170 wet 4-5 seconds jelqs done at 40% erection level as I read lower levels target more length
8 minute hot cloth warmdown
Took out v-jelqs, just trying to focus on length
And 15 jai stretches whenever I go piss during the day or if i change clothes etc.
Been doing this for a month as I stated and I see no differences. Perhaps a slightly lower flaccid angle hang but It could be my mind playing tricks on me.
When I finish my routine my dick just acts accordingly to weather, aka normal/ no plumpness
Bpel: 6.8
EG: 5.5
If there's anything I can do to improve this routine or any advice I'd gladly appreciate it

I understand pe takes time and effort and I'm willing to put that, I'm just trying to make sure I'm maintaining a good routine
So do you think I should improve my routine in some way, or should I just keep doing what I've been doing and I'll eventually see some PI differences?

I'm noticing more frequent morning wood these days. I also notice that after every pe session my base feels harder around the ligament area, as if im pulling my dick out. and I thought I gained as my erection looks and feels different, and when I compared it to my hand, i notice a small increase, however, when I actually measured with a ruler, it measured the same, so my question is. is it sometimes possible that a dick would seem different firstly to which will hopefully translate to actual measurable gains?
Would really appreciate knowing that I'm doing this correctly or not

At about 4 weeks in, going by the date of post#1, It seems you are feeling results, MWood, I'd say your on track.
Translate...good chance, but it does take time and results can be thrown off by any measurement inconsistencies.
When you get a 1/8" gain, it is difficult to see it, measure it. I'd say keep on trucking !Valued Member of 11 years at the PEGym

Quite frankly, I truly hope what I'm doing is enough. that's what i was just worried about. as i was quite did masturbate a lot. 3+ daily
Thought that the exercises might not be enough due to all the beating my dick received xD
