Thread: Jelqing compressing dick?
- 04-16-2015 #1
Hello! If you do jelqs you give a slight press through your whole shaft. Coldn't this give a shrinking effect instead? I don't know if i'm moving blood, don't know how it feels like exactly. We say i don't move blood, could this mean that i'm just compressing my penis and in turn makes it smaller or reform it? I'm afraid i'm makint my dicks girth smaller. Though my base has grown i guess, according to the ruler. But i never measure the rest of the shaft.
Thank you!

Unless your squeezing hard enough to forcefully eject material out of your dick out the end I think its much harder to make things smaller.

I have never experienced a shrinking effect from jelqing. If you are, I would guess that your grip is too firm and your penis is retracting in order to heal itself. You don't need a very tight grip to move the blood up your shaft. Tell tale signs that you are doing it correctly would be, slight expansion as you move your stroke up. I also notice that the skin on the shaft is lighter in color below my hand as I move it up the shaft as the blood is being forced up. When you are finished with a set, you should have a nice plump hang. If its turtling then I would think you are over working it.
I don't think you can make your dick smaller. Even if you are doing it wrong, I don't believe you can lose size. Temporarily maybe, but not actual size. Also just a suggestion, but I would measure mid-shaft girth. Base girth to me would be inconsequential. I suppose the base is the thickest part on some so I can see why one would want that measurement to be able to claim the biggest number possible, but to me I want to know the size of the shaft that will be used and felt the most. Base girth only comes into play when your balls deep. It's a good idea to keep record of your base girth, but you should also know your mid-shaft and glans girth as well as different exercises will effect different parts of the shaft. You may be growing and not even know it if your not measuring.

Nice reply. Though i have seen that a negative Physical indicator could be loss of size actually, how much is required to get this PI? Or does it only means a temporarily loss of size? I was always thinking "permanent loss". Yes, maybe i am growing on different ports on the shaft without knowing it, but that is only good. I measure the other parts sometimes and try to remember if i had another number last time, but i don't log it. And that is something i always will regret i guess, i have no starting numbers. And taking them now wouldn't be as fun and correct. Important to me is that i at least can see some part on the shaft getting bigger.
Thank you.

I believe that is a temporary loss in size more than likely due to decreased eq. If you rest it and let it heal, your size will return. The only way I can see true size loss would be with a major injury. So don't do that.
Don't be afraid to start taking measurements. It is never to late to start. You said you already will regret not taking numbers, well I say don't make the same mistake twice. A year from now you may look back and wish you did. Worst case scenario you can use the numbers to track future growth and it only takes a min. to do. Good luck brother.
I agree with not2big's...
