Hi guys!
I am completely new to this!
At the moment a i am 7" erect and EG is just about 5".
My goal is to reach maybe 8" in erect and EG 6-6,5".
The way i am going to get there is by jelqing (have been reading guides and seen instructions). I have been jelqing for 2 days now, with a more or less 60-75% erect penis. I had in mind of doing 50-75 jelqs 5 times a week the first week. After that, then increase to around 100 jelqs. Or would this be to much? I really don't wanna fuck up my penis.
Further i was thinking of doing some sprinting to increase my natural HGH level. Furtherly i am hitting the gym 3-6 times a week.
But to go ahead and reach theese goals within 6 months, would that be possible? Would it be ideal to mix the jelqing with other exercises or anything?
And could somebody tell me about their own experiences with jelqing (results)=

Gaining 1 inch in six months is a possibility, some have, some take longer. I don't think it is possible with only jelqing though. Gaining 1-1.5 inches in girth in that time is highly unlikely.
A good place to start is to do some reading in the START HERE! link that can be found at the top of the page. You might want to consider starting with a beginners routine, the JP90 is a great routine to start off with for most beginners. Start off slow and gradually increase over time.
There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.
The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.

Agreed. I'm almost 2 months in my PE journey and I love jelqing. The thing I noticed more is my hands being more conditioned as time goes on. Once you get your technique down it all comes naturally. I haven't measured for progress yet and won't until I hit 3 months but. 1 inch in length in 6 months is possible, I sure hope to achieve it. But as they say, PE is a marathon not a race

I will urge you to work smart and not hard!
Your routine patterns seems okay in theory but you need to find some things out.
No two dicks are alike and you need to understand that certain patterns might not suit you, whether too heavy or too light. You need to discover your dick's properties in order to have a smart and successful PE journey.
Discover your fatigue limit and always work around it. You don't need to complete a certain number of reps or minutes just because a routine say so! You need to always listen to your body in order to avoid overworking thus avoiding counterproductive exercising. Modify the routine so that it fits you.
Discover whether your tunica or your smooth muscle is your limiting factor. Do your research, never be lazy about this. Also PE should never hurt, go to the point where you feel a good workout rather than experiencing turtling or any negative PIs
It all comes down to trial and error and we have all been down this road. Discover and modify. Also never underestimate the power of rest days even if you feel like you don't need one!
So you might start with 50 reps but find you that you might only need 30, just listen to your body! Maybe you need a more stretch-wise routine, you gonna discover what feels good and what doesn't

Trane123, welcome and thanks for joining us. Take a look at the JP90 program. I suggest all the excersizes in that program, but start at about half the intensity and move up as you get more conditioned. Dont try to hurry so much. The gains will come, but you want to be patient. Be safe, and enjoy.
