Hello guys, I've encountered a few problems within the last week of pegym. I normally never have/had strong EQ and it still seems to be a persisting problem... For example during the middle of workouts i start losing erection level like mad, I can't keep it maintained for a long period of time even with physical stimulus. I'm not sure what to do in a situation like this, as I'm almost positive there is little to no benefit trying to jelq and do v jelqs with a little to no hard on..
