Hello guys, I've encountered a few problems within the last week of pegym. I normally never have/had strong EQ and it still seems to be a persisting problem... For example during the middle of workouts i start losing erection level like mad, I can't keep it maintained for a long period of time even with physical stimulus. I'm not sure what to do in a situation like this, as I'm almost positive there is little to no benefit trying to jelq and do v jelqs with a little to no hard on..
I'm only doing JP's 90 day program too

actually you aren't supposed to be that hard for jelqing. Run the risk of injury with too much blood flow. Kinda like over inflating a balloon. Personally I warm up in the tub or with a rice sock, lotion up flaccid and work into it. I never ever get above may 50% erect while jelqing. Most of the time less... probably closer to 25-30%. Just enough to plump up and work it around good. This way I can actually see how much blood is there and where it is going.

A lighter grip may help too. It's common for levels to fluctuate throughout the session. Erotic thoughts or audio might help.
I agree with Hound, low level jelqing isn't bad, as long as there is enough blood to have an effect.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I heard girth nd length gains though are maximized around like 70% or higher? I mean I wouldn't mind if I was at 40-50 but like yesterday i droped to 10-20 and couldn't get back up. Didn't want to resort to porn either

Eventually your body "realizes" that you're not playing with yourself and that you're jelqing. You won't get as high an erection level as before.
20-40% EL isn't necessarily a bad thing.. what are your goals? If you're targeting length, 20-40% is a great level to be while jelqing. If you're targeting girth the higher levels (60-70%) will be optimal.
You could have possibly injured yourself as well. What's your routine like? And what kind of force are you using when Jelqing? You might have overtrained. If your problem persists try taking a week off - it sucks but it's better than a serious injury in the long run.Started Sept 2014: BPEL 7.25...EG 5.30
