    Good day everyone!

    Just seeking adice on this routine ive been doing for 3 weeks.

    2 days on 1 day rest

    Warm up
    20 stretches up, down, left, right, straight out, circle.

    50 jelqs

    20 compressions

    100 kegals.

    Any advices? Suggestions?

    Hello Placidmatt, thanks for posting and joining us. Be sure to include some reverse kegels and flat footed deep squats in your routine. Looks pretty good. What do you mean by compressions?

    And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.



    Compression exercises are advanced and require prior PE experience and a well conditioned penis before you proceed; I recommend you follow one of the structured routines first to condition your penis. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.



    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Welcome aboard!

    It looks good except for the compressions. As MrB8 pointed out they are an advance exercise and you should wait until your conditioning period is over. Jelqing would be a much better alternative for now to help with girth.

    The JP90 is a great routine to start off with for most beginners. Start off slow and gradually increase over time.

    There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.

    The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.

    Thanks for the great advice guys! Since ive been doing the compressions for 3 weeks would i be okay to contine or will i be at risk of damaging my tool?

    Also im currently at 5 5/8 inches and 4.5 girth , what are reasonable and attainable gains in a 6 month period?
