    BPEL: 6.5. MSEG 4.5.

    +1/8th inch to length and girth.

    After six weeks of mostly following the program 3 times a week, I've seen some gains. Now BPEL gains, I admit I am skeptical. Maybe I'm pressing harder or some other variable as I have a strong curve. But the the girth gain was undeniable. I came in at just under 4.5 before and now I am over that mark by an eighth.

    Guess I'll stick with it and see what happens, I've been convinced.

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

          Great gains, BlueChilli! If you tighten up your routine and continue consistenly - and very slowly increase quantity, force and frequency - I suggest you can gain at an even quicker rate..
          NBPEL (cm):
          14.2, 14.6, 15, 15.4, 15.8, 16.2, 16.4, 17, 17.4, 17.8, 18
          MSEG (cm):
          11.8, 12.1, 12.4, 12.7, 13, 13.3, 13.6, 13.9, 14

            I'm also 6 weeks in. Gained 5/8 of an inch in length and 1/4th of an inch in girth. I'm very excited to see how much I will gain at the end of the year

              It was also harder for me to be convinced about bpel gains for the same reason. I thought that I was pressing down harder than last time. Now that ive gained an inch bpel I dont think no amount of pressing harder can explain this difference.

                I felt this way when I measured, I just thought I pressed harder than last time Lol. But I measured again and it still read the same gains

                    Well as long as you keep at it and really test yourself nothing is impossible my friend. Limitations are something WE create.

                      I gained fast on JP90 and I really had no expectations of PE working. Within a week I saw an ED increase that alone was worth it. I had forgot about having morning wood all the time, now I pretty much have morning wood every day. I'm older BTW so young guys probably don't have this problem.

                      8 X 5 3/4 Feb. 2015 That took a while.

                      8 X 5 7/8 May 2015, wife said stop for now.
