+1/8th inch to length and girth.
After six weeks of mostly following the program 3 times a week, I've seen some gains. Now BPEL gains, I admit I am skeptical. Maybe I'm pressing harder or some other variable as I have a strong curve. But the the girth gain was undeniable. I came in at just under 4.5 before and now I am over that mark by an eighth.
Guess I'll stick with it and see what happens, I've been convinced.
