Just extend then. You don't need to do a 90-day beginner manual routine first if you don't want to, if it doesn't suit you. You can start wearing an extender straight away. I started with an extender and manual at the same time, didn't do a conditioning routine first, and I gained lots. You will just have to keep an eye on your EQ, if your erection levels dip it probably means you are doing too much of something so cut back a little on it. Otherwise, if they are fine, then your routine is probably fine too
Jelq and stretching target two different areas. Jelqing is good for EQ as it targets both tunica and smooth muscles. Stretching and extender for that matter predominantly target your tunica. Some people, myself included, will lose EQ if they do a solely extending/stretching routine, that is why jelqing, edging, or girth-work is good to balance it out and keep EQ levels okay.
