Well,
I started my research about the best method to maximize gains.
I gathered these as facts:
1. Jelqing is good definitely! It will increase EQ, and certainly the best way to gain girth.
2. Stretching is working for some, and not working for others.
3. There are two types of stretching, manual and with devices.
4. In manual stretching, Jelqing and Stretching usually happens in a close sequence.
5. In most of the extendending devices, jelqing is not usually involved.
6. Many who do extenders, usually have no time, no motives to do manual exercise, and want to rely on the device which they paid for, and expect better results.
7. Many consider a good diet for getting best results.
8. Having a good method for having feedback is important to see the results.
9. There are reports that penis is behaving, and it is not only a structure which function the same way all the time, so having steps for increasing tension is a strategy.
(if there are any facts are left out please help me to have a good list)
OK.
Now I am planning the best method for myself.
1. Do a jelqing, and mild stretching, and after that attach an extender. 7 hours a day.
2. Eat some peanuts for its amino acids, at least 20 ones a day. Best after jelqing so it could absorb in the next hours, and get into my blood, when the extender is attached.
3. Check for the EQ and gains after a month. I have no idea that a month is a good period to expect results or not, but surely there should be some, shouldn't be?
It is simple, after all the facts I listed, but I wanted to know your opinion about this.
Thank you.

If you're just beginning to do PE look into JP's 90 day conditioning program. Most don't mix manual PE with device PE just because it's kind of stupid to do so.

Follow up to what Sid the Kid said. I would highly advise to condition your penis first before diving into devices. I threw so much at my Penis first 2 months that I fatigued it and had to take over a week off and re-do my whole routine that was better suited for my body. This is a Marathon not a Sprint, if you take time and condition your penis for 2/3 months you will have a much better idea what you can and can't handle. Which in turn will allow you to fine tune your program to see your desired gains.

Any way you do it you need some rest. I took close to 3 weeks off and immediately gain when I started again. Right now I'm taking a week off since I haven't seen any changes in the last 3 weeks, I think many here don't rest enough.

Start with either extending or the JP90.
You need experience and time before coming up with theories on PE. Those are fact everyone knows. Not a theory.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I have a year, on and off. Since I am kinda uncomfortable with manual. I never do it with persistence. So, I looked for a comfortable device for stretching and mix it with some of manuals. Now, I was looking for a system that I can handle and go on with it.
Just out of curiosity, why you guys insist on 90-days beginner routine? What does it make any deference when you jelq and stretch? My penis is quite comfortable with stretching.
I would love if someone explain what happens if I skip the 90-day routine.

Don't get bogged down on PE theory, just do a PE routine and see how it goes for you and alter it to suit you. Different types of PE suit some people better than others. Most PE newbies get far too bogged down in theory and formulas instead of focusing on DOING PE

Just start hanging bro. I never did the jp 90 and nothing bad happened to me. Of course dont be stupid and hang 10ibs right off the bat like others have done. It sounds like you have a hard time committing to manual work (same here) thats why i like hanging because i just strap it in and watch tv lol.

The reason why many of us suggest starting with JP90 is that it is a solid routine that will condition your penis and prepare you for the more advanced exercises. It also incorporates many of the basic penile exercises that are the foundation of PE. By the end of the 90 days you should have a good understanding of the basic exercises, conditioned your penis to withstand more intense work, and your eq should be way up because of the design of the routine. Many also get their newbie gains during this time, which come fairly easily. After those newbie gains are realized, it becomes a bit more difficult to get gains. Well JP90 conditions you for the road ahead.
It is your penis and you can exercise it how you want. This is just a suggestion of where to start. Not everyone starts with a beginner routine, but the vets don't suggest it just because they like to hear themselves talk, they suggest it because it works. Ultimately its up to you.
