Thread: Best things to do for strong EQ?

Okay guys, I really just want to work on my eq because at most sometimes I feel it gets to a 5-6 maybe a 7 on a good day. I feel like I could probably go bigger though, so maybe my EQ isn't just up to par..
I know Minuteman's dry orgasim guide is good for EQ
Pelvic floor balance exercise + stretches
Edging (can't atm, EQ I think is too weak)
5g's for erection by king
Erection tea (still not sure what this is made of)
regular gym
My question is, is this basically the most effective ways to raise EQ or are there better ways?

A light jelq and kegal routine. Of all the supplements and exercises I have tried, this works best for me. 2 weeks of a balanced kegal routine and wet jelqing and I'm popping boners like a 20 yr old again.

It's a bit more advanced but I've found doing Ulis regularly has helped increase my EQ.

Weighted squats will help alot!! Though be sure to get the proper form down first. And to rest good! Bad form can lead to serious injuries and or pelvic floor issues.
Warming up and Stretching is important!!!!!!!!!
Also keep in mind that theres also a balance in muscles. So if your squating, be sure to deadlift and work on your other core muscles... It can lead to PFM imbalances.
