    And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

    Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

    To increase your flaccid size, take a look at the following exercises from the Frequently Asked PE Questions and Topics thread:


    • BigO LAS ( Lazy Ass Stretch )
    • New twist on old fowfer.
    • The UBLAS the Ultimate Flaccid Exercise
    • The perfect Regular LAS and Bundled LAS


    In the PE world, you have to be very careful and avoid the desire to gain fast, the only thing that is guaranteed to happen fast is an injury if you overtrain or rush it up, be patient, persistent and consistent. PE is a long term commitment, you need to be in for the long haul.


    Kegels can help you balance and strengthen your pelvic floor, also remember to add reverse kegels to prevent imbalance.

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Welcome to the PEGym, and thanks for joining us. First and most important rule is to be patient while doing these excersizes. An injury will slow your progress more than anything else. At the top of the page, on the left hand side is the START HERE button. Go there and read about starter routines. The JP90 is a favorite, and a great intense beginner routine. Start at half the intensity and slowly add until doing the whole routine. You can also use the SEARCH function on the right hand side at the top and read about testicle massage. These will help with bigger balls and more semen.
    Be consistent, persistent, patient and most importantly, be SAFE.

    What are your goals? Are you equally interested in length and girth, or one more than the other? You mention summer break is coming, but if you only do this for a few months then stop your gains will be minimum and won't last. You need to do this year round. All of the exercises in my signature can be done by guys new to this and also seasoned veterans. Being new you would use less pressure and fewer reps then a more experienced guy. I love jelqing my testicles and my exercise has helped me get a much lower hang then I had previously. Thank you for you text, and if you have any specific questions feel free to text me again.

    I am 100 percent for this: somebody creating a whole workout program which include everything. Kegels, Jelqing for a bigger penis, Ball stretching exercises for bigger balls. Can someone develop the everything possible exercise routine? Let's step it up!

    So does pumping the balls hurt because I think it would but I wouldn't mind making the bulge bigger. Never hurts to not fit in your own pants

    uiztu, what you are describing is an accident waiting to happen - and will. You have a few months of free time, you want everything bigger, and you want it quickly. Sorry dude, it ain't going to happen. You jump into this full bore and too quickly and aggressively, and the only thing you will have is an injured penis. You need to rethink your goals and how you are going to attain them. I will say that the single best exercise I found for improving my flaccid size and hang was also the easiest to do - LAS's. Once in position you can do them with a room full of people and no one will know, and since you are sitting on your unit and not handling it, you can do anything you want while sitting.
