Came across this site via google, when i was searching for jelqing. Iam 22 (almost 23), live in the Netherlands. Seeing a English girl since last week/2 weeks ago, we are both really sexually active, but since we don't really know eachothers bodies we kinda fail. Can't let ourselves really go and enjoy it, I can't really keep an erection too.
I used to do some kegel exercises a while ago, but didn't really look for information, I just did 3x10 quick kegels 4 times a day haha, but quit after 3 weeks.
I want to start jelqing too, but dammn so many things to read, so many different techniques. I did just started kegeling 30 min ago, 50 kegels each kegel around 2 sec.
My penis is 16 cm in length, didn't measure the girt yet, I used to have a really hard erection, like a pencil pointing at the sky hahaha.
My goal is to get my rockhard erection back and also gain a cm or maybe more in length.
I got a question though, I used to fuck and still do with contracted penis, like when somebody touches the tip it automatically contracts. This also happens when i mastrubate (i've had this for as long as i can remember). This is a bad thing right? When i try not to let it contract it won't get as hard.
Hope I told enough, I will ofcourse answer questions.

And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
50 kegels in one session is too much, your PC muscle is like all other skeletal muscles, it gets tired. I suggest doing no more than 25 reps per sitting, you may go for up to three sets a day. Also, add reverse kegels afterwards.

Welcome Hater, and thanks for joining us. Click the START HERE button at the top of the thread. Read about the beginners routines. Many prefer the JP90. It is an intense routine and you should start at about half intensity and slowly work up over about a month. Include reverse kegels into your routine to keep balance in the pelvic floor.
Speaking of pelvic floor, do you mean you involuntarily kegel when the glans are touched?

Try doing reverse kegels, deep flat foot squats, and other pelvic area stretches. As you get the tension worked out of your pelvic floor you can use edging to practice controlling your kegels and ejaculatory response.

Did Jp's 90 just now, little bit tired after that haha. My LOT seems to be high, but with that come the exercises that you have to perform downwards, kinda takes practice. Don't really know how to stand and my legs begin to shake a little bit if i squat to perform the jelqs.
If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.
So it can be both? Like 50/50?
Edit: If you experience negative PI's, like lost length, are they permanent too?
