    Ok so in early Feb of this year, 2015, I finally decided I was gonna get serious with jelqing and have a routine and be constant with it. Jelqing was the only thing I was doing no kegals or stretching. I was really patient and continued to do my everyday routine for about a month and then I read forums that said rest days are just as important as workout days, so I cut back to 5 on 2 off. Anyway somewhere along the road I lost my morning wood and haven't experienced it in quite some time and have presently stopped jelqing and have'nt for about a week. I should have stopped at the first sign of it but I refused to stop jelging I wanted results in the quickest time possible even though I was planning on doing exercises for 6 months to a year. I have realized I will do exercises for however long it takes to get results to my set goal. I want to start with JP's 90 day beginner routine I think it is, but my morning wood erections have't came back to me. Should I wait until they come back? or will the routine help in getting my morning wood back too.

    Take a week - 2 weeks off to see if morning erections come back. No porn. No frequent beating of thy sausage.

    A number of things could cause a loss in morning wood. You could be waking up just as they subside, stress, poor quality sleep or low arousal due to porn/masturbation might also diminish the chances of getting morning wood. Though, it is a indicator of a negative PI, so it is good you decided to stop your routine and let things heal just in case you are working yourself out too much.

    Like Sidney said, I would take a solid 1-2 weeks off and see how your situations improves. Also evaluate the other things I have mentioned, such as whether you are watching too much porn or not getting good quality sleep.

    How are your PIs besides morning wood?

    If you take time off and morning wood is restored, then you were over training. Cut back on the intensity a bit.

    You still get nocturnal erections, even if you do not wake up with one, that depends on your REM sleep cycle.

    The JP90 is a better program than a jelq only routine. All things growing more conditioned together in all directions. That being said take the break and monitor all PIs not just morning wood. How is your EQ at other times of the day? If you have good PIs other than morning wood I would say you are fine to start other training. If all of your PIs are in the negative then wait longer to heal more.
    At night you may want to use some very light, warmth on your penis for about 10 minutes this can relax the tissues and increase blood flow to the area.

    I might not be getting the required hours for sleep. probably 6 and a half hours a night between work and school. Probably not enough is it?

    I mean my EQ when masterbating is rock hard I cant really remember the last time it wasnt if it ever was. Some days Ill wake up and it hangs lower and fuller but no erection but that was when i was jelqing. I thought of it as a positive PI not thinking of no morning wood at the time, but Its been lower and fuller a few mornings since I stopped the routine also :/

    Ill do that at night to see if it helps. Most of my jelq exercises were at night when I did them. I really didn't focus on a certain time I would just do them when my day was finished and i would take a shower at the end of the day. It would help if I had a set time everyday I did one wouldn't it?
