Hi
I read here many people have improved their eq.
I am 25 years old, and i *think* my eq is pretty good (how to measure?), but morning wood, nocturnal erections and random erections are rare if any. After ejeculation i can stay hard for pretty long, and arrousal is kind of easy. I can last in bed kind of as long as i want.
How can i know if my erections can get better? I do have sometimes better erections (rock hard feeling the blood flow) but usualy just regular.
How can i get better eq? Im already kegeling. How long until there is some noticable change?

Exercising (particularly legs work out) , stretches, enough sleep and a healthy diet should all help.
How do you know you have no nocturnal erections?
Also how many kegels and how often do you them?

Read the premature ejaculation threads they help with building EQ. Stamina training, and pelvic floor balancing help a lot. Then edge not masturbate, and don't ejaculate too often.
