Hi guys,
Just got back on the JP90 after a long break.
Only wondering is it safe to eat straight after doing a session? Or do I need to wait 10-15 minutes after?
Thanks

Eat, think of it as a Postworkout, have some protein if you want.

Of course you can eat... and eat well... like you're in training... like an athlete or bodybuilder
Avoid processed foods, sweets and if possible alcohol. You want your body in an anabolic state
Weight training a few times a week would be a great thing to for hormone and blood levels

Thanks everyone. I was having a tough time trying to fit the JP90 into the little time I have during my day. To know that I don't have to wait to eat straight after my workout really does help my scheduling out.
That's an impressive routine!...
