  • If I can, should I Jelq at 100%?

    I have been jelqing on and off for a year, my penis can take a lot from what I can tell, I know I can jelq at even 100% errect and feel the pumping working, it doesnt injure or anything at max I get a few red dots?

    Is it worth doing it at 100% if I know I can or should I do it at a lower level? any benefits? downfalls?

    Also can anyone suggest a good stretch as jelqing seems to work but streching... I dont think I can do it enough and it seems like it wont work?

    100% jelqing which is what i do is an advanced exercise. I use a very light grip, a hard grip can cause an injury.

    Try bed fowfers as a good stretch does not require hands to much.

      you would have to be very cautious jelqing with 100%, as your penis is already extremely engorged. A very light, sensitive grip would be required.

        I think it might be a good girth exercise but the downfall is that if you are not careful you might injure yourself. As the other guys suggested if you want to try it go for it but start very gentle and watch any signs of overtraining to see if your dick can handle this exercise i.e. no morning wood, pains, weak erections, etc.

        Please let us know how this goes and your observations/comments of this exercise.

        Goal: 6.5 nbp (6.8 bp) X 4.8
        Final goal: 6.8 nbp (7.2 bp) X 5 for my 25th birthday

          After 5,6 months yes before NO.

            Erect jelqs can give you godly girth if you do them right. Try to keep as much blood flowing to the penis as possible. Don't do too many reps.
            Starting stats - June 08': 6'' NBPEL, 4.25'' EG
            Initial Goal: 7'' NBPEL

            Sept 09': 7'' NBPEL, 5'' EG
            Jan 10': 7'' NBPEL, 5.5" EG (begin maintenance routine)
            June 11': 7'' NBPEL, 5.75" EG
            July 13': 7" NBPEL, 5.9" EG, began jelqing again.

            Goal: 7.5" NBPEL, 6.25'' EG

            It's a game of inches.

              I have been doing it and all seems fine,

              I think it will work for me, I want to gain and even girth and length though, will this increase length?

                Maybe a bit, but it's more for girth... if you want to jelq and gain length you need a very low erection %.
