    well that guide is much easier to understand , can you tell me , what If I get 100% or 70%+ erection level during exercise ? should I stop there ? and what if one masturbates after exercise or in the middle of it or without warming down ? is that harmful or what ?

    I have the same question actually,
    Mostly when I Jelw at level 60 or 70 then I get fully erect throughout the reps, I do sets of 10.
    Is it really harmful to Jelq when you are at 100% even though you started with 60 or 70?

    If you get too erect for the exercises then you stop and wait until your erection subsides, do not jelq with a high erection level to avoid injuring your penis.

    I recommend edging after your routine instead of masturbation. Two to three nonconsecutive times a week is a good supplement to your PE routine, make sure to monitor your PIs and watch for signs of overtraining.

    You can injure your penis if you jelq with a high erection level, especially as a beginner.

    It is normal for beginners to get a full erection while performing the exercises, that is because your penis is not used to them yet, wait until the erection subsides to a safe level before you resume exercising.

    As MrB8 pointed out you can injure yourself jelqing with a full erection. The other thing is that it is ineffective. The idea of jelqing it to move the blood up the shaft, creating an expansion during each stroke. If you have a full erection then there is no possibility to move the blood up the shaft because your penis is already engorged to it's maximum capacity.

    It is okay to stroke your penis to get and maintain a partial erection for the exercises.

    You should allow your penis some time to rest and grow, edge after your routine, and leave your penis to rest on rest days. You can ejaculate at the end of your edging session.
