    I think I ask questions up to irritating level sorry for that , but I wana know everything because its a sensitive part :P

    You should not stimulate yourself too much to reach that point, however, you will gain control as you go. It is not advisable to ejaculate in the middle of a session as you will not likely be able to maintain the partial erection that is required for jelqing during the refractory period.

    - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.

    - 50 Jelqs.
    - 30 V-Jelqs.
    - 50 Jelqs.
    - 30 V-Jelqs.
    - 50 Jelqs.
    - 30 V-Jelqs.

    -Warm down for a minimum of 5 to 6 minutes.

    As a beginner, you should start with less reps, about half of the amount listed above, and work your way up to more over the duration of a few weeks, and according to your PIs, your goal is to get as much positive PIs as possible, not as many reps.

    Yes, and do not use much force when stretching, just enough to feel tension on your shaft, and use the lightest grip that can move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

    This excersize group is for both length and girth, but mostly it is for conditioning your penis so you can learn how it responds to excersize. When 90 days are over you can decide to stick with the same routine or move into a target specific routine.
