Hello all,
Today is my day 11 of the JP90. Everything seems to be going really well, I feel like I'm having harder erections which is good I read...I plan to measure every 30 days so I'm still far away from seeing if anything has happened as far as gains but I don't really care about that as much...
Anyways onto my question. So I have some doubt that I am doing the stretching correctly. Reason being is because people say you should never stretch to the point where it hurts, which I don't which is good, but I almost don't understand how someone could even stretch to that point. I stretch my penis as far as it allows me, if I were to stretch it any further I would literally be pulling my penis off...So it makes sense to me that I am doing it right, I guess I just want some reassurance because I've had doubts since I started about if I am even stretching
I guess its because my mind thinks that if my penis can already stretch this far then am I really stretching the muscle anymore then it already is stretched...

Well buddy I am not there to tell you that I know you are doing it correct but if you watch some of the videos here you should be able to guestimate pressure by the strain you see.
Personally I abuse the crap outta my dick. Not so much anymore but I would give it a good yanking and trust me you can pull to hard and yes it does feel like your dick is coming off. Some people call it weird but I call it pleasure. I like to have chicks yank on my stuff and pull my balls. I have a high pain/pleasure tolerance I guess. Just be safe but don't go so easy on yourself that you are not feeling anything or chances are you wont gain anything. here is a certain level of acceptable pain when training for anything so keep that in mind and just try not to rip it off.

I have checked the videos out. And from what I've seen it seems I'm doing right correctly, idk just sometimes I feel like maybe I should be doing more.

Yes devvy as long as you can tell you are fully stretched that is all you need. Hold it at that point for 25-30 seconds. If you are doing the JP90 do the rest of your program accordingly. Harder does not equal better.
