Depends on if you're having pre-E issues. If so, then you need to stop masturbating altogether, and likely put off edging until you've over come the mental urges to pre-E. Edging is a good training and growth exercise, Masturbating? That's just for pleasure or "gettin' off" and relieving sexual tension. Both have their place, unless masturbation has a history of abuse. In your case (not being judgmental here) abstinence is a consideration perhaps.

OK , from now I'll try my best not to masturbate unless I get hard erection by imagination. should I still do kegels ? or reverse kegel only to balance the hard and extreme kegels I've been doing during masturbation in past ?

I read somewhere about negative effects of edging , like its also a kind of training your brain and when brain is fully trained , one can't meet his needs in a girl , it makes a man dependent on his hand it can cause desensitization , a kind of that, is there anything like that ?

Not sure what you mean by "hard and extreme kegels...during masturbation"...are you talking about IK's (involuntary kegels) that lead you to pre-E? If so, then learning RK's to effectively discourage IK's during edging can help you control pre-E; but you need to have a balanced pelvic floor first to do this successfully. A kegel routine does not require masturbation-you can kegel while eating breakfast, driving a car, doing your laundry, talking to your mother

I was used to watch porn and masturbate twice , without any recovery period, so after first ejaculation , I was used to start the second standing on my paws, doing holding kegel to get erection second time fastly , that was how my past was. I'm considering those kegels hard ones because they actually were!

Edging is mental training and a way of interpreting your body's response to stimulation. Learning to breathe correctly, meditation, fantasy and visualization are all part of edging and gaining control over your ejaculatory response. Edging is no more likely to cause desensitization than masturbation, unless you're gripping your frenulem and using a death-grip, then they're both bad. Lighten your grip-you're making love to a vagina, not driving nails with your d*ck!

Whatever works best for you. If you want to try edging instead of hurried masturbation.

The objective of edging is ejaculatory control. The goal should be to stimulate your erection for 20 minutes or longer, almost to the PONR, then using RK, back off the urge to ejaculate and continue to edge. Edge 3-4 times per week or every other day, and it's OK to ejaculate every other edging session, after you've gone beyond the 20 minutes.
With your background, it is likely going to be difficult for you to do this. It will take practice breathing, relaxing, learning to pick up on IK's before PONR, etc. Just be patient and consistent-you'll overcome this, it's just going to take some time to deprogram & reprogram your response to stimulation.Last edited by jockinthebox; 04-27-2015 at 02:30 PM.
