Hi guys,
I've been trying to follow the advice and beginner routine in pegym's "Penis Exercises: A Healthy Book for Enlargement, Enhancement, Hardness, & Health" book, but notice that I constantly end up overtraining regardless of how gradually I increase the intensity.
The book suggests starting of with 5 min stretching and 10 min jelqing every 2 days and increase to 10 min stretching and 20 min jelqing 4 days a week (I always warm up beforehand btw).
When I do the 5&10 my EQ improves, and sometimes feels superhumanly hard. But after 4 weeks when I'm doing 10&20 4 days a week my EQ becomes awful, sometimes I can't get it up as all. When I hit that point I take a break and wait for it to get back then start up again. I try being careful, but end up overtraining again.
I recently took a break after noticing I no longer got morning wood, my EQ was much softer, and I even lost my hardon during sex. I haven't PE'ed for about 10 days, but I'm waking up with monster wood and measured myself today and think I finally broke the 8" plateau(my measurements are sometime wonky b/c I curve to the left, but that's an issue for another thread).
Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I guess 10-20 is just too intense for my penis, but I feel like 5-10 wouldn't be enough to make gains, is it? Any suggestions on a routine I can follow that'll help me make gains without overtraining?

Do 7.5-15....? Only you can decide if 5-10 will give you gains with time... watch your PI's and adjust accordingly.
