    Hello,
    I'd love to add a few inches to my penor.
    But I am also really scared of side effects.
    For example I ask myself is there any way of knowing what happens when the penis is stretched?
    I mean even if you can prolong it what happens to the blood vessels and the urethra? Can these
    tissues even respond to stretching by growing just the way they do during puberty?
    Cause if not then this would mean that stretching would cause damage.
    I doubt there are any studies about this where they stretched rat penises and then examined the
    tissues under a microscope. But this is exactly what worries me.
    What if the urethra gets scared or develops small tears because of the stretching? This would be
    really dangerous on the long run.

    Any thoughts?

    People have been hanging massive amounts of weight from their penis for a very long time. I watched a video of asian men swinging 45 lb plates from their dicks. Stretching the penis seems to be totally fine without any bad side effects unless you jump into it too fast. PE works and it's rather fun and addictive. I think you will be fine, but I am not a doctor. I have grown over an inch though and no bad side effects.

    Just take it very slow, if you have negative PI's or prolonged aching, take a few days off and learn from it.

    PE when done correctly is safe and will have no short and long term side effects. With that being said, there are those who have injured from aggressively trying to speed up a processes that takes time and patience. It is very important to understand that during the first 90 days you are conditioning your penis to handle increased intensity and reps later on. The best safety advice I can give is to do do plenty of reading and ask questions so you can gain as much knowledge as possible. I could wright a few pages here on safety, but it has already been written before. So let me give you a few links to get you started.

    thanks for your replies.

    Can you tell me if successful PE can be achieved only by using stretching devices like phallosan?
    I was considering phallosan cause it's a medical product while other stretching devices are not. I thought maybe
    this means that it's safer and that the pull which is applied to the penis is controlled in some way.
    Does anyone here know phallosan?
    Or can you recommend good stretching devices? (ps: I'm in Europe so it would also play a role wether these devices are available there or not)

    The pull which is applied seems important to me cause if it's too strong then it's probably bad but how shall I know how much of a pull is safe or not? That's why I'd rather use a device which regulates the pull automatically.

    Or are stretchers alone not enough? Do you still need to do exercises with the hands or use pumps?
    My concern is simply that I don't think I can follow a routine consequently where I have to do exercises daily.
    That's why simply wearing a stretching device for a few hours daily seems much more realistic to me.

    Your hands are for free, the phallosan is far from it.
    Read the threads on safety in Cavalier's post, pick a beginner routine, try very light exercises at first, see how it feels.
    If you're too scared then feel free to go out and have some fun in the real world ! No pressure on you.
    Why couldn't you spend half an hour on manual work?
    Extenders and hangers can definitely help you gain length but I would try manual exercises first.

    Hello, but generally I'd much rather buy a phallosan if this thing works and use it instead of having to workout on my own. I'm not really good at following routines. But can you tell me if I wanted to use a stretching device could I simply start right away OR would I still need to do a 90 day prep routine to prevent injury?

    No you could start right away, but I really suggest you try JP 90 first.
    Then it's your money so you make the call!
    There are many other type of ads (all day stretcher) , and also hangers etc..
