    Edging is an exercise for expansion and healing best done at the end of your PE routine. It is also good to build stamina, particularly if you are trying to overcome pre-E. It's more beneficial than masturbation, which is simply for pleasure and sexual release, from a physiological standpoint. They both have their own respective purposes, depending upon your own body, mind and psychological / physiological needs at a particular time. So "how should it feel?" depends on what you're trying to accomplish. If your just trying to get off, it probably aches, and is frustrating for you, so bang that hammer, and spray the wall! If you're practicing PE and stamina exercises, then you might be horny a bit, but your brain is satisfied with the outcome and purpose for edging and you should feel positive about having a successful PE workout.

    In time you will become more comfortable with edging, once you are able to plateau, remain erect and master dry orgasms (DO); eventually leading to MMO with even more practice. Now, I'll ask you a question. What are you trying to achieve by edging? If you can answer that, then you should be able to answer your own question.

    I guess what he asks is a good question from a newbies point of view. I just started edging for the first time yesterday and it was a very very weird experience. I did 15 mins in the morning with no ejaculation then 10 mins a few hours later and another 10 mins. By the end of it, I felt very very frustrated and I felt like I needed to pee all the time. The agitation got so bad that I just had to go and ejaculate to get rid of that feeling. Is that normal?

    Yes, that's perfectly normal when your brain is programmed for "getting off" instead of working toward a PE goal, like stamina, controlling pre-E, or expansion for growth at the end of your routine. Your psychological mindset toward edging is what determines your "satisfaction" physiologically with edging. You should begin to not be left feeling so horny once you practice more with the right mindset for what you're trying to accomplish with edging.

    Cool thanks, one more question, I currently dry edge without lube and looking at non sexual images of girls like in yoga pants or something. Is this how you edge or is there another way?

    Whatever way works best for you, man, as long as it doesn't take PORN for you to get an erection. Just try using your imagination, it's always with you and works extremely well once you get the hang of it. The objective of edging is to reach PONR 3 or more times in 20+ minutes without ejaculating, to build stamina & expansion and/or learn better control for pre-E.
