    Ok, so I'm not a total noob - however I have onlyflirted with PE over the years. Live alone now so privacy is not an issue.

    Started a new routine today with felt great...going to stick to this religiously and only increase the weight and jelq time monthly. Here it is...

    Warm up 15mins
    Stretch (all directions - SO, SD,SU, L, R - 30secs on 10secs off total of 6mins 40secs)
    Hang 20mins @ 5lb
    Apply heat 10mins
    Hang 20mins @ 5lb
    Apply heat 10mins
    Jelq 5 mins approx 100 strokes

    That's it....Oh, I use the LG hanger too. This is actually my third week back and have been tweaking my routine...this feels good so far. All PI's are positive too.....onwards and upwards!
    BPEL: 6.7 6.8 6.9 7.0 7.1 7.2 .7.3 7.4 7.5 7.6 7.8 7.9 8.0
    EG:5.0 5.1 5.2 5.3 5.4 5.5


    1st Goal: 7.5 x 5.3

    Ultimate Goal: 8x6

    I think you should lower the weight if you are coming back after a long break.

    Also, why both stretching and hanging?

      Yea I may try a lower weight next session..see how it goes, thanks.

      I read somewhere that a member did some light manual stretchung prior to hanging, had the ligs all nice and loose...thought I'd give it a try...

      I do jais evetytime I visit the loo and this week just do 100 kegels when in bed
