    Hey all,

    I have two questions. I'm going to be starting JP 90 day in a month and I want to make sure I'm maximizing my gains. How much improvement/gains do you get from taking these supplements? I currently take Multivitamins and fish oil and I'm 19 years old.


    1. x1 Super B complex. (Most B vitamin B's are absent in processed food.)
    2. x1 Multi Vitamin & Minerals. (These are to boost your overall health during the exercise period.)
    3. x2 500mg L-Arginine capsule. (Or powdered L-Arginine, follow directions. This is for good blood circulation.)


    My second question is should I add edging after each session? I heard it maximizes gains. Should it be right after the session (After warm down) or should it be right after the jelqs (Before warm down)? Is there an amount of time I should edge for? Also do I cum at the end? Would cumming diminish gains? I'm focusing mostly on girth growth since I'm on the smaller side.

    how help are the supplements in jp 90 day?
    should i add edging before or after warm down in jp 90 day and how many minutes should i edge for?

    You don't need to take supplements for PE. It is optional. You can gain just fine without taking any supplements.

    Edging is a good supplement to your PE routine, if you do not overdo it. Monitor the overall workload.

    Two to three nonconsecutive times a week, after your routine is fine.

    No, be careful about overtraining. Too many kegels will exhaust your PC muscle. If needed, kegel every few reps, and don't forget to do reverse kegels after your routine.


    Work up to 20 minutes for edging, and you may ejaculate at the end of your session. Don't turn it into a chore.

    Thanks, how long should I be doing reverse kegels? also do them after edging/cumming or before edging/cuming

    Do the reverse kegels after the regular kegels.

    Aim for minimum 20 mins for edging. Cum from edging if you want. I try to cum every second or third edging session.

    Supplements are fine. Just see if they affect you negatively or are okay.

    Thank you so do kegel, jelq then reverse kegel. then kegel jelq then reverse kegel? of course not every rep.
