Hello all and thanks in advanced for helping me out. I am 26 years old and recently got a 4X labs extender. I want to increase both length and width as many of us do. I'd like help in coming up with a 'plan' for what to do each day to reach my goals. I'v done lots of reading here and on *************. I see many beginner guides but they tend to be fore more manual stretching. I'd like to come up with one that works for me and is based off people with more experience then myself that did see gains. Let me know what information you guys need to help.

Most guys will recommend the JP90 beginner routine which is also for manual work. If you really don't want to do manual stretches you could just do the girth work and complement the stretching with extending.

Ya I looked at that, I'm more interested in how to use the stretcher such as day's used, duration and so on. I'm more looking for a direction to follow since I plan to get serious about this over May and from then on out. I like the strecher since I can do other stuff while it is working so plan to make that my main tool, just not sure how to get the best results out of it.
